I've been having a problem lately with watching animated shows. Whenever there is any type of movement a pixel blur takes it's place. This hasn't happened to any of my live action videos, and it also doesn't happen when I open the animated files in DIVX. Is there a video setting I need to change?

Do you have the "Adjust display refresh rate to match video" option enabled? If so, disable it or put a pause on it for 0.5 secs or so.

I've tried both methods and still end up with the same result. Do you think reverting to a previous version would help at all?
