I'm wondering if it would be much work to display video chapter list/window, either within fullscreen video, or otherwise. I'm thinking the same treatment we give video bookmarks, but for embedded chapter markers.

It's one of those things that someone suggested the other day that just seems so perfect, yet something easily overlooked.
