EPG recurring issue
#1
I dont know if this is directly related to Nextpvr addon in XBMC.

Every so often when i start my XBMC, It loads the pvr manager and then hangs on the first channel the EPG scans.

The only way to fix it, i must open NextPVR and go into Channel settings and empty the EPG and update it again. Then i restart XBMC and it start to update fine again. Is there a way to figure out why this happens?

I suspect there is some characters in one of your EPG entries that XBMC doesn't like.

If you post the question over at the NextPVR forums, along with a zipped copy of your npvr.db3 file, I'll try to reproduce the problem here using your data. If can reproduce it, then I should be able to tell what XBMC is unhappy about.
