Hello XBMC experts-

I'm running XBMC on Openelec 1.95.4, with an Ubuntu file sever sharing the media over SMB. For some reason after I set up my network after I moved my XBMC is working in strange ways. I'm unable to update my library and when I select a show from the library it thinks the show is missing. However if I drill down the files section I'm able to play my shows just fine.

Any ideas on how to fix my library?

I'm betting the IP address changed for your XBMC box. On your router you should be able to set reserved IP addresses for computers/devices, and that should prevent the issue in the future. Then again, it could be something else, so maybe a debug log (wiki) could tell us more.

Assuming I'm reading the logs correctly the library scan can't see the samba shares where my shows are, however If I go via Files it sees them just fine. Also the IP address are the same, I'm not sure why the library scan would be behave differently than going to the share via the files method.
