Hi,
When xbmc is running in either windowed mode or fullscreen, I can't switch to
another task with alt-tab. I see there are several posts on this already and
Ive tried '\' or '\\'. Doing this I see the background desktop for a second
then it switches back to a 'frozen' fullscreen xbmc.
Now all keyboard entries go to whatever background app is active but
all I can see is the xbmc window. The only way to recover is to kill xbmc
from another machine...
Im running xbmc on ubuntu 12.10 with compiz, unity interface.
Maybe the problem is due to the unity interface.
An online forum recommends disabling compiz desktop effects but
this basically cripples the unity interface, Ive no title bar at the top
or menu bar on the left etc...
Any ideas?
