My TV Show folders, seasons, files are all named properly. My movies folders are named "Movie (2012)", but the files inside are a mess. Is there any programs that will run through my list and rename all the files to match the name of the folder? I'm also worried about this screwing up the MySQL DB. Is that something that could happen? I'm assuming that after renaming I'll have duplicates of everything in XBMC, but I'm hoping a "Clean library" would take care of that

If you are not worried about your watched status, you will indeed have duplicates the clean library will fix.

As for the tools, have you looked at the Supplementary Tools subforum dedicated to those programs ?
