Hi XBMC

I am trying to setup some polish tv streaming on my XBMC for my grandparents. I have the plugins running well but im trying to simplify it all for them.

I have used some skins so that when they select Polish TV menu i created it auto plays the playlist of streaming tv I created.

What im trying to do is when they press a button it will switch to a radio station playlist i created and start playing...and vice versa with the tv stations.

I have tried using PlayMedia("special://profile/playlists/music/radio.m3u") and ActivateWidow() but they both just open the playlist and it wont auto play...they must select a song/video to start the playlist(which i want to avoid)


any Ideas?

Welcome to the XBMC forums.

PlayMedia should play your specified playlist. Don't use ActivateWindow as this will just display a window with the playlist items.

What do you have in your radio.m3u playlist file?
