This seems to be a bit out of date its from 2013-05-25 ... but i can see you have "exposed" installed (might be default from the jailbreak). Deinstall exposed as it sucks cpu memory and cpu.

That's the latest crash log I have..
To clarify the problem I'm having, when XBMC crashes soon after it starts, I'm sent back to the apple tv interface. The ATV does not crash!
Thus I was not expecting to find a matching crash log...

thanks for the tip on "exposed". Will remove it.
Is there something else I can try or get you to find out more about this issue?

Hi,

I'm still crashing also, sorry for the false joy. Same as before, I only log in the main account and wait.

XBMC Log

Crash Log

Also, same last log
Code:
20:07:38 T:174489600  NOTICE: Samba is idle. Closing the remaining connections

Davilla, Memphiz, this seems to be related to this post.

So can you confirm that your problem is fixed when running that special test build here:

http://mirrors.xbmc.org/test-builds/darw...o-atv2.deb

But is still there when running latest nightly?

Any idea if my and curlyjs problems are related or even the same..?
I could give it a go to that build and see what happens..

I can confirm that the load you linked in the previous post work for me and doesn't crash.

However, the latest nightly crashes.

Hi Memphiz,

Any updates on this issue? Please let me know when I should test a new nightly build.

Thanks,

Btw, I had tried the build that worked for curlyjs and it didnt fix my problem.
I think I will try the following:
- update to a recent build
- backup and remove the current mysql db
- let xbmc create a new empty db.
- if that fixes, then the problem has to be with something weird in the upgraded db...

I need a new crashreporter file from you with latest nightly.

I am also seeing this very issue after upgrading to XBMC 12.2. Gotham nightlies do not have the same problem.

Using NFS, with MySQL backend on ATV2 with IOS4
