I have some freeze in my playing as a Vu+ PVR Client
I have a local network
Backend is a dreambox DML800 HD
Frontend is XBMC with Vu+ Enigma2 Addon enabled
Sometimes the stream stops and I have for few seconds the message :
"buffering..."
Then it start again

Is it possible to increase the cache for buffering

My Parents have exactly the same problem with the same box, I have the same setup but with a VU+ Duo and do not have the problem.... maybe it is the box? image are you using on the box, my parents are running enigma 2

Yes the image you will use in the Box is very important.
I didn't try PLI image
I heared a lot about it
Also may be the box if it is a dual tuner like solo 2 , it may be better
