Tried it again using PowerISO and now it's 33mb again but it's just not bootable. I copied the EFI folder from the server ISO to clipboard, then copied it back to the mini ISO.
Saved it, then wrote using dd to my USB.. won't boot.
Why didn't they add EFI to the mini grr
