Where do you read that? NUC is Intel GPU, all Intel GPUs should act the same with the OpenElec drivers
(except Baytrail and older GPU than SandyBridge maybe)
With the Yadif Implementation in OE and Linux in dec 2013 i have no Problems with my HD4000 Intel GPU
with LiveTV (720p, 1080i and 576i)
