I'm new to HTPC, and this will be my first setup. I would like a Windows 8 box to run XBMC for streaming off my NAS, and stream Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. My TV is only 720p, so no need for 1080.

I'm thinking about getting this setup, what do you guys think?

Looks good! There is a thread about that mobo/cpu being able to do Netflix HD just fine in Windows (don't know if it was 7 or 8).
