Hi, I was wondering if there was a guide to be able to do this?


Reasons for this are basically that after installing the xpaddrv driver for xbox controller, snes9x/zsnes and dolphin on xbmcbuntu - after using these emulators, the GUI crashes horribly and is only fixable by reboot. However I still want to play my games - so I was hoping that GameEX might solve the problem but I don't want to get ride of XBMCbuntu.

Any ideas?

Yep definitely possible, I've been doing it for years. Xbmc with ROM collection browser makes a nice front end for emulators too.

Have you installed both OS's? Make sure you have GRUB as your boot loader so you can use a add on I put together to reboot to another os once from Linux without having to use a keyboard.
