can i put the software on my usb dongle so it will work on my tv when i put the usb dongle into the tv. its just a normal memory stick not android.

Are you asking if XBMC can be installed on a USB flash drive and if that drive can then be used to run XBMC on your TV?
If so, the answer is "yes" to the first question and "no" to the second.
