To access the web interface (internal or external of my network), I go to mydomain.com/xbmc-video-server. This goes through the apache proxy at 10.0.40.5. The Location entry on this proxy:

ProxyPassReverse http://10.0.10.79/xbmc-video-server

I can also browse the application while on the internal network directly from 10.0.10.79/xbmc-vido-server.
