This portion of the forum may not be the best place to post my thought, but it seems like the best place to start.
On my linux {Centos 6.4} machines I run EDEN in part because of the C++ version that comes with Centos6.
I've seen how well the FRODO pvr.mythtv.cmyth-1.6.11 addon on WindowsXP works with my mythtv-0.26 backend on Centos.
The EDEN pvr.mythtv.cmyth-1.0.0 addon does not work with the mythtv-0.26 backend on Centos.
I could use some guidance as to the broad strokes of building 1.6.11 that would work with EDEN.
If built from FRODO branch 1.6.11 crashes when enabled on EDEN.
I post here because obviously those reading and posting here have the knowhow to do this, if not the time and I have the time, but not the knowhow.
