OK, so I am sure there is a way to do this but its not popping out at me. I want to be able to play my own video files while my music plays. I want to be able to have an aquarium scene (or anything else for that matter) playing on my TV while music from my library plays in the background. My first thought was a visualization that allows me to select from a list of videos in my library.
Does anything like this exist? How would some of you accomplish such a task?

While work has been done to mixed playlist this could be a nice feature request. I am not sure about the best ways to start 2 players simultaneously.
For video and music, adding "my video's" via visualization doesn't sound sensible when that file also have an audio stream. So there could be a problem.
However, it could be possible to run a slideshow / screensaver (which also accept video files) while listening music. Try the nightlies for this feature...
