My problem is on main topic, so have anyone know how to install xbmc on SD or make it work with Android 2.3.4 App2SD functionality?

Method: "I managed it work on my Xperia by change defalut install location - It is possible by ADB and also possible by Terminal Emulator (free app from market). I am on rooted 2.3.4 stock. So after command su. Used pm setInstallLocation 2. It forced install all apps on external sd. And after that XBMC used only 20 kb of internal space. Also there is no any crash on start."

Method is good also for any installed app from market and edt because of force all app install to SD.

If you are rooted, try foldermount. I am using it for a number of games.
