Thanks! I'll spin up a fresh system install and only install Yahoo Weather. I'll do this before 3pm local, as I'm sure it then or 4pm that issue two crops up.
Issue 1?!? Wow, I battled this many, many times until I got wise and started using the XML file. Perhaps that was only in OpenELEC and I haven't tried it with LibreELEC without an XML ... I'll see what happens on this fresh install.
I'll provide a log.
Thanks,
RLW

FWIW, I have had this a few times recently, and at least twice today. Unfortunately, I don't have a log of it, but as it appeared to sort itself out after a while, I presume its something to do with Yahoo, rather than the add-on.
Certainly at this moment in time, it's working correctly.

Yep, utterly incorrect and has been for quite a while now. Only today's high is wrong and only after roughly 4:00pm

Same problem here: Yahoo weather just stopped working today. I'm on Kodi 15.2 Git:02e7013 and can't update.
There is no alternative weather-plugin for me now. They all report "Error parsing data!". Yahoo Weather Addon is version 3.3.1.

Nor for me, it has done this a number of times before for me, then corrects itself.
