Each addon would have a "Content Language" tag.
The tag would be set with a specific language or as none if the content is cross languages.
On XBMC setting you would be able to choose on or more languages and only the apporopiate addons would be visible on addon listing.
One benefit of that would be less crowded addon listing.
Second benefit would be that installing XBMC addons would be more comfortable for users that don't speak English.
I think this is better than having a country tag as there's too much overlapping for a country tag.
For example a user from an Arab country would just like to add content in Arabic so it's better just to choose Arabic than to choose all the Arabic spoken countries.
I would go one step further and create Transifex projects based on the "Content Language" tag.
I would also add two more tags that would act as a secondary filter to "Content Language" tag.
* Language Location.
I've never understood English in an Indian acccent.
* Geography limited content.
For example if you're a Canadian you might want to watch content from France but I'm guessing some are limited to a European only ip's.
