Hi! Thanks for the warm welcome and the input.
I did some research on the i3 NUC, and it looks like just for the barebones system it's close to that $300 point? Unless I'm looking at the wrong thing. So I decided to go with the Celeron NUC model on Newegg, as it's $120 less, and apparently more than capable of my requirements?
Here's what I picked out. Your thoughts?

I was also looking at this build earlier:

They both come to a pretty similar price after you buy all the extras for it. Would you say the NUC is better?
Also, would it be cheaper/more efficient to just build my own from parts, or are the cost differences negligible?
