MicroATX motherboard for Haswell CPU

I'm after a motherboard that supports Haswell CPUs in a microATX format that also supports turn on/off by remoite.

It will be for an i3 in a Wesena E4 case

ASRock board don't have CIR any longer. That leaves the Intel DH87RL.

I haven't done anything Haswell yet -- waiting on the i3s/Pentiums to be released.

What? They've gotten rid of the deciding reason as to why I'd definitely get an ASRock board again next time 'round? I'm still in love with my perfectly working one dollar receiver solution.
