why won't this scrape??
#1
File name relative to my movie directory is:

Code:
Let.Them.Talk.A.Celebration.of.New.Orleans.Blues/Let.Them.Talk.A.Celebration.of.New.Orleans.Blues.mp4

Movie is definitely on themoviedb.org

http://www.themoviedb.org/movie/124330-l...eans-blues

Funnily I couldn't get filebot to find it on themoviedb either.

My movie directory is set up as movies, using themoviedb scraper, movies are in separate files that match movie title, practically everything else scrapes fine.

Cold you use a .nfo file o once it to appear in your library with a moviedb link?

I is hard to say whythat doesn't work, but I presume it could have to do with the year being absent on the resultpage - the information seems incomplete.
A log would probably tell us more.

If you only want to solve it, try adding a NFO file with the URL to the relevant themoviedb page and drop it in the folder, as explained in NFO_files/movies#Video_.nfo_files_containing_a_URL (wiki)

I'm guessing, but have you tried:

1. Renaming it to something else to see if it scrapes - artificial, I know, but it eliminates permissions

2. Adding a year to both the file and themoviedb (or maybe there's some other key information missing)

3. Categorising it as a TV programme and adding it to thetvdb instead (it'll be broadcast on PBS in a fortnight, apparently: http://www.pbs.org/wnet/gperf/episodes/h...cert/1172/ - so it'll be fair game within thetvdb's rules)

(I'd probably clean up themoviedb's entry anyway, just 'cos I'm a pedant - it doesn't show up if you search for Hugh Laurie, for example, because he's not listed as an actor)

UPDATE

I just touched the same filename ("Let Them Talk A Celebration of New Orleans Blues.mp4") and tried scanning. It looks like the file is initially found, but then the processing fails: the debug log shows the API opening, the search URL is created, but things go off the rails with the curl processing. The scraper then concludes that there's no data. Simply renaming the file to (say) Riddick.mp4 and it scraped immediately - so I'd conclude that there's something about themoviedb's entry for this programme.

@Kibje - I'm obviously not the one with the problem, so I won't link to a full log as it's not 100% relevant - but I'll share this extract since I know nickr is in bed!

This is what I'm seeing, if it's at all useful: http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=57799

This is several times I have seen this. I believe the show had just been added to themoviedb and it doesn't immediately give scraper returns back when information changes.

Earlier
http://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie...anguage=en gave nothing back, now it gives proper information.
