How can I use an external audio file to play with my movies?

I have the same file name but the software does not see the additional file

Iron3.mkv
Iron3.ac3 ( this one is with dubbing )

You can't at the moment, it will come if PR2562 gets accepted

Use mkvmergegui to add the audio to the av container.
