Nvidia has another Spatial part up on their Temporal one. But zgregs shader does not need to hide - he is much better than intel, see here:
Edit: That's intel - I don't have an AMD system running currently, but others could perhaps post a screenshot with amd's temporal deinterlacer and burosch1 sample

Actually, I have no HTPC. Thats why I wan't to compare all possible solutions for me 
. It's very sad that Intel has no intention to implent VPP good in their driver. Thanks for your effort. I will compare some Screenshots but I think it will be an Intel + Nvidia system.

I have AMD E-450 with OSS VDPAU enabled. I'm not sure if correctly turned on VDPAU Temporal deinterlacer (set to Auto):

Debug Log - most likely you run a mesa version that has no support for this deinterlacer. 10.2 is required or ubuntu's 10.1.3 version. Wsnipex and I made Ubuntu shipping it with 14.04 version - the first stable release that has it out of the box is mesa 10.2

Still no way to activate it? when choosing the deinterlace method? VDPAU mixer is enabled?

https://samples.libav.org/MPEG2/interlaced/ <- Remember those are benchmark files, tuned to kill deinterlacers :-)
