also, you did not paste the full log to pastebin.com. we are missing the import parts.
you will see it got cut off.

sorry abt that. as far as it getting cut off goes, thats all i see on the xbmc.log file. i m not sure what i did wrong this time.

i mean the log isn't complete. either you ran out of space or you just didn't cut and paste the complete log.
try again and see...

it is still cutting off. maybe too big.. zip it up and put it on a webserver somewhere that can be permanent.
but it is still cutting off and not sure if you are reaching the limit of pastebin.
also, before anything else, set the share manually in xboxmediacenter.xml:
smb://192.168.1.2/sharename
assuming 192.168.1.2 is your pc (rob) and sharename is whatever you have as the name for the shared directory.
then run the test again, zip up the log and put it on a webserver.

edit xml and use ip address and sharename.
