Clock speed isn't everthing, in fact it is less and less important these days.

Something is still not compl. running right with VA-API, every now and then when
i start a new movie i get no sound and heavy stutter again but i dont have a clue how it triggers..
Starting a log after the problem occurs wouldnt make much sense i guess..?

The Log is always started, or do you mean the Debug Level?

I am a bit pessimistic, especially for the Yadif Usage later on. If "real world cpu benchmarks" are slower than Celeron 1007, I don't see a chance there.
For non interlaced, so progressive content. It might not be an issue at all, as this is purely done with VAAPI.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

They have out of order execution and SSE, MMX per Core. That's a big difference.

43°C isn't hot for me.
@ gamble: Yes, i would act like this:
- see if you see any Error in the existing Logfiles, post the existing Logfile if you see something and can't fix it
- activate Debug Level and try to reproduce the Failure
