ok, i have setup the newest version without issues on my xbox\pc combo. i have setup the older version i referenced above as well without issues on my xbox\pc combo. my friends domain laptop computer with the firewall disabled cannot connect to smb shares. i have used the exact same method with old and new versions of the xbmc with his laptop. any ideas would be appreciated.
