Are you able to manually delete the xbmc.log file when you get the error (not via unlocker)? The reason I suggested unlocker was this thread http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=166218

I have not tried to do that. I will try that when I get off work tonight.

Nope I am unable to delete the log file. Says it is in use by netflixbmc_utility.exe. I tried using unlocker to unlock but got the message that "No locking handle could be found."

Is there a way to force netflixbmc_utility.exe to quit when I exit XBMC? Killing the task fixes the issue which is easy enough to do, but I'd still like to figure out why it is "hanging."

How is netflixbmc_utility.exe run? do you have to do it manually or does the addon do it? (I dont have netflix or this addon)
