Curious, there is a download that says openelec but I can not get it to install.
Using OpenELEC Stable - Intel x86_64 Version:3.2.4
Downloaded the repo and tried all 3 pvr's it added to xbmc. 1 will install but will not enable.

The builds should work on OpenElec as long as you get the correct frodo/gotham, x86/arm architecture, and 32 or 64 bit version etc. But the addon wont work unless you have deployed the ServerWMC backend and so on as well, did you do all that?

Well did I install the correct things together?
I installed "TheImmortal’s Frodo Repo" then from there it gave me 3 pvr's to install. The only one that would install was the android one and I don't think that is correct, if it was it wouldn't let me enable it.

what device are you on? And have you deployed the ServerWMC backend onto your windows PC with WMC configured etc? Check the wiki for the details.

I am on a Intel Nuc, installed the current stable intel x86_64 install.
Yes I have it running on windows, and can connect with a windows 7 client (not on the same machine as WMCserver.
Nothing on the wiki is about installation issues.
Any other ideas?

I tried..i think... I downloaded XBian/OpenElec(arm): pvr.wmc-linux-arm-0.1.91.zip Uploaded on 11/21/2013 and then moved it to my openelec download folder and installed from zip.
I will just wait until it is included is xbmc.
Thanks for trying to help.

Yes, it needs to match device architecture. So use a regular linux x86-64 build

Having the same issue on a Celeron nuc. I could have sworn I had it working a few weeks ago on a previous openelec and/or servewmc client build. The deinterlacing on openelec was terrible but I wanted to try again with a new build and I can't get audio/video to show, epg loads just fine.
would it matter that I'm running openelec live on usb? that's probably the only difference other than recent build changes. I'm using the x86-64 client build uploaded on 12/22.

The original poster couldnt get the addon to install/load at all, so that is a problem with incompatble binaries. If you are getting channel/EPG info but cant view the streams then you most likely have a permission/access issue with the linux box (openelec) accessing the server's shares. Make sure it's shared correctly and that you have the correct share path specified in serverWMC, as well as a username/password that work. Or, add the share as a regular video source in XBMC and then enter credentials and choose to save them. Then XBMC will have stored credentials for getting to that path, and the live/recorded TV should work

Just installed the updated plugin...installed great and after I disabled Pre-Start tuners it would stream.
