Hi all,

I've recently installed an HTPC with Windows 7 and Windows MCE. I have learned the MCE codes to my MX850 and they all seem to be working but the up/down right/left buttons have a very strange glitch. Specifically, when I click UP, it will only work up one time then I have to click DOWN. I can move up and down only 1 click in each direction. Same goes for left and right.

This is happening with XBMC and MCE. I have tested the UP/DOWN and LEFT/RIGHT from the HP Media Center remote used to learn the codes and this problem does not happen with that remote.

Has anyone seen this kind of behavior or have any ideas?

Found the answer through some folks over in the AVSFORUM...
Learned codes do something with the MCE protocol with a "toggle bit".
I updated my MX850 editor with live update and found AUX/Microsoft as an entry in the IR DB and that does the trick.
