There is a wiki article which says:
So if you manually edit an NFO file, you have to re-scrape the entire source? Is there no other way? Why wouldn't (1) re-scan library, followed by (2) clean library not cause XBMC to re-read every NFO?
I note that Wiki says, "To refresh a lot of videos..." Well, what about refreshing (including re-reading the NFO file) just one video? Or a handful?
Quote:XBMC will only look at your NFO files ONCE. To refresh a lot of videos with custom NFO files (say, when you've updated the NFO file itself): Go into Files, and on the source you added for your custom videos - set content and pick <None>, then click OK. Then set content again as if you were adding them for the first time.
