XBMC/OpenElec Zotac Nano ID62u
#1
Hello,

I'm planning to buy Zotac Nano ID62u ( 1007u Celeron based with Intel HD graphics ) for my HTPC use ( Playing 1080 videos/movies + MP3 Audio from a SMB network share ).

Are there any issues with installing latest version of OpenElec on it. Does anyone see any issues with this ? Are there any limitation I should be aware of?

Thanks in advance for all your replies.

I'm going to bump it, because I've exactly the same questions, but I'ld like to use a external 4Tb or 3Tb HDD instead.

And thanks in advance too!

Thanks for your quick response..

What version of openelec are you using?
Any issue playing Mkv or m2ts files.

Thanks

I am using Intel x86_64 3.2.4 from a USB stick. No issues with playing anything I throw at it as well.

One thing to note though is the included remote isn't great. However, it will turn the box on from shutdown out of the box. Boot times from off using a USB stick is approximately 13 seconds or so.

Have a similar question except I'm looking at ZBOXNANO-ID62-PLUS-U. Will there be any issues with this model and installing openelec? Any issues using this processor and chipset that I may have?
