Good day,

Could you please comment on the following build, before I make the purchase.
The build will be used for Movies & Music through XBMC and PowerDVD (for BluRays), Internet browsing, Skype, AutoCAD 2D (optional).
Connected to the 50" Panasonic ST60 though HDMI.
Data is stored on the NAS and other PCs in the house.

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130T 2.9GHz Dual-Core
CPU Cooler: Scythe SCKZT-1000 24.8 CFM
Motherboard: Asus H81I-PLUS Mini ITX LGA1150
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: Sandisk 64GB 2.5" SSD
Case: Inwin BP655.200BL Mini ITX Desktop w/200W Power Supply
Case Fan: Thermaltake AF0043 24.4 CFM 80mm
Optical Drive: LG UH12NS30 Blu-Ray Reader, DVD/CD Writer
Camera: still deciding, open to suggestions
Keyboard+Mouse: Logitech K400 (already purchased)

My conserns are:
1) Noise Level of the Inwin BP655 PSU. If it's too noisy, will replace it with picoPSU.
2) I've never used a vertical case with the ODD. How secure are those disk holders on the drive?
