I run both XBMC and Plex with a shared video library. for example I have the last episode of Cheers which is 3 parts in a single file
plex documentation is the following
If a single file covers more than one episode, name it as follows:
•TV Shows/Show_Name/Season XX/ShowName - sXXeYY-eZZ.ext
where ZZ is the last episode number contained in the file (e.g. "Heroes s04e01-e02.mkv" for two episodes)
if I name the file Cheers.s11e26-e28.One for the Road.avi then XBMC doesn't show e27 cause its not listed.
if I name the file Cheers.s11e26-e27-e28.One for the Road.avi then Plex doesn't show e28 cause the range ends at e27.
anyway to name 3 part episodes so both XBMC and Plex play nice? I think I have a family guy episode also like this.
