i recently upgraded to frodo and had problems getting my artwork straight in XBMC...this seems to work now, but it doesn't work well on the IPAD remote as DVD covers (seasons) are missing the same as the screenshot in the episode infos that don't get pushed to the ipad....

is there a setting on xbmc that will help me with this or is this a problem of the remote

another thing it would be nice to make the A- Z shortcuts be there ALL THE TIME even if you don't have 100 series...

Try to clear the remote app cache by enabling the "clear cache on start" from the device settings > xbmcRemote. Close the app and relaunch it and see if the covers are displayed.
About the A-Z shortcut, yes I'm putting an option to "always enable the A-Z shortcut".
