None whatsoever, and installing those settings will only cause problems so forget them all. You'd be better off just deleting your advancedsettings.xml file than including those settings.

Those Rbej settings are horribly out of date and their continued presence on the internet does more harm than good.

The system defaults in my build (and stock OE builds) will provide you with sane, usable, settings. To achieve basic functionality you do not need to add anything else to your own advancedsettings.xml.
Texture Cache Maintenance Utility: Preload your texture cache for optimal UI performance. Remotely manage media libraries. Purge unused artwork to free up space. Find missing media. Configurable QA check to highlight metadata issues. Aid in diagnosis of library and cache related problems.
