This bios is the F3 version and it corrects the HDMI problem (you will need to go to advanced settings in the bios and select CSM Support: Enabled and Video: Legacy to get it to work flawlessly).
The problem with booting legacy operating systems (such as a USB stick with OpenElec) also seems to be gone with this bios release (as long as CSM support is enabled and Legacy is selected for storage and boot option).
How did you flash the BIOS? The @BIOS utility of gigabyte is not installing correctly on my system... Is it possible to use the AMI flash utility?
I get the feeling that monitors detected not well. My computer told me with the old kernel Ubuntu, that my monitor of 24' was a monitor of 57'.
Run in to some problems with HDMI as well, HDMI is working on my monitor but unfortunately not on my TV
=> Me Too, My TV is LG 42LB5DR and Max Resolution is WXGA (1360x768). Maybe Gigabyte BIOS block this resolution ?
