Testing this build with the 576i and 1080i samples I can tell that there is HUGE improvement.
The 576i sample plays fine both with the VAAPI BOB and VAAPI Motion Adaptive, just like in the last build
However, when it comes to 1080i now it is watchable and there are no longer 3sec freezes after every second. Now the video plays "somewhat" smoothly without any freezes.

1080i with VAAPI BOB:
Frame rate moves between 48-51 FPS most of the time, sometimes staying stable at 50 FPS during some scenes, there are no noticeable freezes, maaaaaybe a tiny bit of slowdowns for few miliseconds at some scenes, but this is very hard to tell if its the video source 'slowing down' or an actual hardware.

1080i with VAAPI Motion adaptive:
Frame rate moves between 46-52 FPS most of the time, sometimes staying stable at 50 FPS during some scenes, however, unlike VAAPI BOB there are noticeable micro stutters or "frame jumping" At some scenes it feels like there is "shaking" effect or video jumping between frames back and forth for a second, then it goes back to normal again then few seconds later same happens again. I would call this unwatchable.

On top if - I can confirm that the screen tearing is also gone.
