"TM-ITX" stands for Thin MINI-ITX so my guess that it will be a very similar mobo to Q1900B-ITX when it comes to specs, just with a low profile (low heatsink, sideways ram placement like in laptops) setup.
And fewer USB ports, probably no digital audio out, ...the kind of thing that fits nicely in an all-in-one barebone but with little flexibility.
