Hi I'm new to this forum and I am in the process of starting my first XBMC PC build. I VERY much would like to do this in Linux with Open elec , even though I'm a noob when it comes to Linux. My question is will i get the analog 5.1 Output to work in XBMC also is there a way to set the audio Level for the difrent channels ( front, Center, Rear) ?
The Mobo I'm planning to use is Asrock H87M-ITX http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H87M-ITX/

Would be very glad for any help or pointers
