You can make a smart playlist, sorted by vote.
1. Go to playlist
2. Make new smart playlist
3. Sort by vote (imdb)

Add to favourites the new playlist, then add to menu the favourite item.
Done !

seen it but its not sort by vote I want but IMDB rating.

Here's a smart playlist I made which sorts by rating (it filters to only show films with a rating of 8 or higher, but you could easily edit that out if you want)
