Since you plan to use a newer Intel i3 CPU, would as well get a newer PCie motherboard. You will have better/more options and more efficient with the newer motherboard than the older motherboard....

Does anyone know how much power consumption of i7 4770T? Is it much worse than i3?
That is a big jump from Celeron and i3 to i7. I have Intel i7-3770, and it is below 80w when playback Blu-ray file using XBMC. The i7-4770T should be lower...
