Hi all, I managed to get some answers/sort-of answers to several questions:
"Does the graphics hardware contain the 23.976 fix in the Haswell NUCs? <== this one is the most asked.”
It should. The Bay Trail's GPU is based on Ivy Bridge, not Haswell (Haswell includes it) but the issue should have been resolved in the graphics driver. I'm trying to get a definitive answer on this one but this is what I have so far.
"It seems that CEC isn't supported on the other NUC's so far! Do you know anything about CEC support on this NUC?"
The Bay Trail NUC does not support HDMI CEC
"Will XBMC be able to stream and render 1080p content ?"
If the correct graphics driver is incorporated it should because the graphics in the Processor supports HDMI 1920 x1080 at 60P.
"Does Bay Trail model or Haswell based NUC have a built in support for HDMI-CEC?"
The Bay Trail NUC does not include the header, so no. Still waiting to hear on the Haswell models.
Still working on other answers.
Thanks.
Jason
