No experience, but I've read a lot about it. In the end, I'm just looking for a perfect upgrade to my Western Digital TV. I found out about XBMC just two weeks ago (I know its embarrissing). It's definitely not my intention to challenge your expertise. And as I said, I understand your frustration. But don't let your share in experiences end in arousing some religious wars :-).

What interests me the most: did you face performance issues with the NUC? Can you confirm that the 24Hz issue is not solved?
