Sure it's an intel driver issue, can anyone test to confirm?
I think there was an Issue with VC1 Interlaced Video when played it with HW Acceleration,
so the Workaround was to play those files with SW Playback, until Intel fix this Bug.
It's too bad you can't disable hardware acceleration ONLY for VC1 file playback, I don't think that is possible.
This bug has existed for intel for quite some time so it is doubtful if they ever fix it.
