The NUC version with newer 2830 CPU is even not in shops yet and Intel already introduced 2840 CPU - http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Celeron/In...N2840.html
I am really not sure if I should wait for 2830 and what about now? Are the CPU issues really as noticable?

If I don't need Quick Sync Video, and I don't mind that little differences in MHz, what would you prefer? I will definetely not wait for 2840, but 2830? I have no idea when it would be in stock in Czech Republic....

As you have seen, for the CPU and graphics, there is only a fairly miniscule (small) variation between the specs for the 2820, 2830, and the 2840! In other words, these are only very small incremental changes for all of these models.

However, the 2830 and 2840 versions both use 1333 memory though (in lieu of 1066 as used by the 2820) -so that should provide a small improvement in performance for the 2830 and the 2840 versions.

I would say that if the 2830 was due for imminent release in your area, it would be wise to wait for it –but the issue is, that it could still be some time away for any purchasers to obtain outside of the US though.

So, given the realities of supply, and depending on how long you are willing to wait, the 2820 version may still be the way to go! After all, it’s not as though there are massive differences between these models.

But of course, ultimately, the choice is yours.
