Hello,
I would like to second this request (although I understand it might have low priority since it is 3 years old). This would make it possible to make the GlobalSearch addon return movies whose originaltitle match the search string (in addition to those whose title match).
My use case is that I have some movies I remember by their original title and others I remember by their translated title in my native language. I could set up two separate libraries with different scraping settings for that, but it seems simpler to have only one library and being able to quickly find any movie by title or originaltitle at once.
I'm not able to help with programming but I could test things if that can help.
