There is a deal for a referbed version Of the HP 500-164 for $360. It's very close to the specs I was looking to build and is cheaper then I probably could have put it together for. Major drawback is the form factor and no separate SSD for the OS. Any opinions or drawbacks I may have missed? Spec's at the link below.

If you don't mind the size of the case, the AMD A8-6500 APU should be great for HTPC. It should be able to handle XBMC with ease....
