Frodo & Gotham Linux Builds for Amlogic M3 Devices
Does this support hdmi-cec?

EDIT: Everyone just ignore me. I just realized my ethernet cable was loose. All good now!

I got wifi to work using the Network Manager add-on. But how do I enable wired connection as I really need that for my live tv add-on? I would have expected this option to be made available under Internet Access > Internet Connection but I don't see anything like that. I just see the following options.

http://kodi.wiki/view/Settings/System#Internet_access

Sorry for my ignorance but I've only just flashed Kodi on top of the Frodo I was running on my M3 box and I am not familiar with the interface changes that come with Kodi.

If coming from Frodo or Gotham, please perform a wipe data\factory reset in recovery before flashing!

This does not seem to work unfortunately
The mapping is still wrong
Do you have any other suggestions?

The mapping was fine with my previous installation: http://d-h.st/bZ8
Your HELIX version Is really smooth on the MyGica A11 I'll keep using It hoping to find a mapping fix

Hi all, so I finally had time to test out all of Frodo/Gotham/Helix builds back to back and now have pinpointed the issue with the 1080p playback on the 510B. For anyone interested!

They actually all work fine for 1080p as most people have seen, its just that when you setup xbmc/kodi to use a central DB (mysql) for the contents then it seems like something runs in the background which JUST uses up too much CPU to make 1080p content stutter. Everything was working fine without the advancedsettings.xml pointing to mysql on my NAS.

So currently I'm running a Tofu Helix build and it's pretty nice. Well aside from that it stutters a bit (less than on Gotham) with 1080p. Just running directly to the TV so no more detailed tests for audio pass through etc.

Library size is around 300 movies and 700 episodes of TV shows. Networking is wired LAN. No extra add-ons etc.

cheers!

Versions I tested

Frodo - http://www.jynxbox.tv/threads/114-XBMC-1...ALL-Models
Gotham - http://www.xunitytalk.com/showthread.php...and-clones
Helix - http://www.xunitytalk.com/showthread.php...-based)-M3

Hi, you will need a Tofu build compiled for the GBox, it's different from the A11 build that the 510B I have uses. I don't think you can use the image I posted. The original post author (ccadi) might be able to help out.
